Q: 17 and less than a month to be 18 runaway subpoenaed.
My friend is 17 and a runaway from a foster Home. They are a little under a month away from being 17 and he was subpoenaed to his uncle court date for sexual acts done to him which is why he was in foster home.. What will happen because he is a runaway and did not go to the court date?? Will he go to jail after he turns 18??
