It may well come down to what was on the snap chat...The advice that I generally provide regarding any social media and any request for nude photos or even non-nude photos from known/unknown individuals is to NEVER send any photos to anyone...end of story.
You are playing with fire and these kinds of cases are being prosecuted by both state and federal agencies.
