Q: A dog bit me and is now in quarantine I filed a report and I have proof the owner is abusive can they still release it?

A: Yes, they can release it. Animal Control can euthanize, release it without restriction, or release it with conditions. Contact a PI attorney to discuss your potential claims against the dog owner. The owner is strictly liable for bites caused by his dog.
