Q: I was given a ticket in Brooklyn and ticket says it was in the Bronx can it be dismissed?
Ticket was for holding an electronic device (GPS). Since the ticket said it was in the Bronx I have to go to the DMV there instead of Brooklyn. This was 2 years ago and now is my court date after all that time. Is there a possibility for dismissal?
A: They are all part of the same administrative hearing system, so we do not think it will be dismissed for that reason.
