Q: have traffic court in Jan 2020 but moved to NJ, what should i do?
I have an upcoming traffic court date of January 2020, however i have recently moved to New Jersey. What should I do, don't I have to hand in my NY license within 60 days?

You can apply for a New Jersey license even though you have a pending traffic ticket in New York.
I assume you have pleaded not guilty and have a hearing date next January. Until you either plead guilty or are found guilty after a hearing, this ticket will not show up anywhere.
