Q: Hello I am looking for an attorney that will help me with a denied claim with my auto insurance company....

After a year long investigation in which we gave them everything they asked for.... They denied the claim.

A: If the claim was for personal injuries (like uninsured motorist), many attorneys will take such a case on contingency. That means they get paid a percentage of what you get from the insurance company. If the claim is for property, it is more likely you will have to hire an attorney on an hourly basis.
