Q: how can we sue two companies named "EA Games" and "evenbalance" ?

Hello!

i am a gamer who plays Video games day by day.

recently i got banned by an anti cheat Company called punkbuster without any using of cheats.

while i have payed 180 $ for my game.(*** Note : i accept the price is small but it's not only me who is involved... two named companies have banned cd-key of many innocent gamers ***in addition we put lots of time to gain some scores and in other word we increased the value of our account which got banned after 5 years of gaming experience) i want to sue this company for banning players for no reason.

and most important thing its not just me!after some searches on web i found out that many of gamers got banned by no reason just like i did. we want justice and we want to sue this company

A: more info needed.

however, you are asking this of a PI forum. I think you needed a civil litigation atty and they would probably need a retainer ...unlike a PI lawyer who would take a case on a contingency.
