A: Every case is unique and more information is needed to properly answer your query intelligently.

However, it is always a good idea to contact a local attorney that handles these types of cases in the court most proximate to where you would have to appear.

In other words, I am in Palm Springs and you don’t want to hire a Palm Springs Criminal lawyer for an Orange Co case. In those cases, I usually try to refer the potential client to a lawyer that is closer to where this happened.

Most Criminal and Accident lawyers will offer a free consultation to review the facts. For other areas of law, many lawyers will bill for a consultation.

For a criminal case, success may depend on how the evidence was obtained and the details regarding the stop and arrest as well as a review of the facts of your case.

Call a local attorney to discuss in more detail and request an appointment.

I assume your son has a private or court-appointed lawyer. That lawyer would have all the facts and be in the best position to answer questions.

Good Luck

A: This is a complex criminal matter we are in Orange County and would agree to speak to you more about this matter, you need the help of an attorney if your son does not have one already.

you can call for a free phone consult and price quote to start and if you are interested further we can make an apt and go into more detail about your sons issues one by one and sounds like several motions will be needed in this case based on what you stated above.
