Panama City, FL asked in Criminal Law for Florida

Q: Is there any website that I can review case results for sexual battery on person under 12

I have a friend that is on trial for sexual battery on a person under 12, and lewd and lascivious molestation, of which I am trying to help defend his case and innocence. I was hoping to find cases to review what methods and utilities were used to prove the defendant's innocence.

A: In order to perform proper research, one must understand the legal precepts that exist.

Unfortunately, you are starting off believing that a defendant proves himself innocent as opposed to the state must prove him guilty.

Since each case is dependent on both the facts and the law, it is impossible to recommend any research material that would on point.

A: You should immediately contact and retain the services of a competent trial attorney to represent your friend.
