Q: FELONY WARRANT SINCE 2014 FOR PC3056 ONLY - NO POLICE CONTACT

I HAVE A FELONY WARRANT FOR NOT REPORTING TO MY PO BACK IN 2014, I HAVE NOT HAD ANY POLICE CONTACT AND DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER CHARGES. IS THERE ANYWAY THAT THE CHARGE CAN BE DISMISSED? OR CAN THE CASE BE CLOSED WITH OUT ME HAVING TO TURN MYSELF IN?

A: Anything is possible. It all depends on the circumstances of the warrant. Feel free to call me to discuss.

A: more info needed.

if it was a filling and a BW was issued, then there are a statute of limitations.

however. it sounds like your case is over but you are on probation or parole and thus it would be difficult

A: I advise contacting a local criminal defense lawyer or Public Defender AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. A lawyer can contact the court to arrange to appear for an arraignment rather than surrendering to police custody, calendar a hearing on a warrant prior to arrest, arrange to have you turn yourself in rather than being arrested or determine the amount of outsidance bond.
