The police said they would contact us with the lab results. My child has started counseling and the counselor thought he might need a lawyer.
A: Possession of THC is a vape cart is a felony. The State has moved away from charging possession of cannabis cases (flower form), but they are still prosecuting vapes. Your child needs a lawyer.
