What to do when online CAr sales Dealer or car sales portal not honoring the reserved price they confirmed via email?

I searched for a car on Car sales website, say "CS". I found a car listed by the Dealer "D" for $X. Through the online system of CS, they offered me a price inclusive of all the fees and sent email that this car for this certain price is reserved for you for 15 days. I also received email from D with reservation number including the VIN # of the car. Following morning, dealer D refused to sell it for the price offered to me stating that "It was a technical glitch on CS website and the price was wrong and we cannot offer that car for that low price". Further, I also received email from CS admitting the technical on their site.

The reservation date is still valid till end of this month. Both D and CS claims themselves as the major innovative car buying experience providers. I feel CS should be liable for it. Do I have a strong case?
