Q: The rules for posted no parking signs in nh....what are they?
My car was towed from a shopping lot but signs were not easily viable. Can I Sue for my money back
A New Hampshire attorney could answer you best, but your question remains open for two weeks. It could be an exercise in frustration to go after it because you could be losing a good chunk of a day of work, filing fees, and preparation of documents, going back and taking photos to prove your point - where the setting appears to be a private lot. The New Hampshire Department of Transportation would probably be the government agency overseeing compliance of traffic signs on public roads and public spaces, but on private property, there is probably much less oversight. Good luck
