Q: Fresno police homeless taskforce threw all my property away if value cash diabetic insulin syringes high blood meds,and

Then arrested me when I said I'm going to sue their violating federal ruleing in Sept 2018 violating my constitutional rights what can I do to get reimbursed for property of value thrown away arrested for fmc 13-109 blocking sidewalk,never told what I was being detained for Miranda rights never told to me, was taken downtown police deptcited in driveway then told to leave they called pound saying my dogs were abondoned when I got back before pound to claim my dogs same officer said no their going to the pound now leave or I will arrest you again.my wife stopped pound truck they released dogs to here as they weren't abondoned and pound verified they shouldn't of been called as they only take strays and abondoned dogs.what can I do to retrieve reimbursement for my value property thrown in trash truck?
