Q: I bought a bottle of Vet’s+Best Waterless for cats and it didn’t do that but it actually killed two of my cats can I sue

I used this product on my cats and it didn’t work it just made the fleas more active and malt plied. Now my 15yr old cat and 1 yr old cat has past away on 11/25/2019. Because this product says it will kill the fleas and all it done was attacked more to them. Now I have 2 other cats that are in same position and try to call company of the product and they would not answer my calls or respond back to me. What would I have to do next. Because this product is false advertisement and doesn’t work and is more likely hurting other owners pets out there as well.

A: You need to have them autopsied do the vet can testify about the causation of the deaths. If he links their death to the product, then you could have a claim.
