Hi if anyone can help me out my in law was charged with this, is he looking at time. A: You need to ask his lawyer since there are too many variables for someone on the internet to answer.

On the cases he didn't take care of, it depends upon whether they are post conviction, in which case they can sentence him for violating his probation, or an open case, like the new one, that he can still dispute in court.

The fact that his new case involves a gun and his poor performance on Probation, it is more than likely he is looking at State Prison.

Sorry, but hopefully his attorney can package everything together to mitigate the time in custody...

it is like calling a doctor and asking if he will live b/c he has stomach pains and had previous pain a few years ago.

it could be the flue, upset stomach or ulcers or even something far more serious.
