A: Are you the owner or the tenant? If you are the tenant, you have the same rights you had before, including a lease.

A: If you are the owner, you are about to lose your rights to the property and may want to look into how to save your property by speaking with an attorney.

If you are a tenant, your lease controls. However, if the new owner wants to live in the place you are living they will be able to get you removed eventually.

You may want to talk to an attorney to go over all of your rights in either case.
