Palmdale, CA asked in Family Law, Child Custody and Domestic Violence for California

Q: Minors Council Scope - Minor council (MC) stated to judge children are bonded and remain with me - What should I file?

Its been 9 months since I have seen or heard from my children. Im complying with the court order but father states different stories each time visits are missed. I have monitored visits as my ex husband uses my past criminal history and past DV when I report the concerns of him hurting our children. Its been over 15 years since I was convicted of a drug related crime and 11 years since DV. I had temp full custody until ex lied &said I threatened him. Court trans. say states Mother to discuss monitor with MC and MC will choose monitor. MC has not reached out to monitor previously used and has offered no suggestions for a monitor. When asked about this he states there is no need for him to talk to monitor. Order states for mother to discuss difficulties of visits/exchanges with MC but council said ex is not in the violating order, but orders state visits 6 hours every two. MC said he would file an RFO 4 months ago. MC states its beyond scope to tell me how my children are. Low on funds
