Q: I had a pending crime when i wasnt on probation and now im being charged for it a yr later now that im on probation

Will my probation officer volate me when the crime happend a yr ago

A: There should not be an impact on your probation...but do yourself a favor and hire a competent lawyer in your area that can handle the case...Criminal Law is full of nuances and turns that is best in the hands of a competent lawyer.

A: Hasn’t this question been answered several times on AVVO Q & A forums? The answers were all the same. Your probation should not be impacted. Hire counsel. Posting the same question over and over isn’t helping you gather any different information.
