Florence, KY asked in Consumer Law and Education Law for Kentucky

Q: I am educator that created an educational program and all materials by myself. How do I go about protecting my rights?

I have a question on my next step to take. I am educator that has created an educational program and all materials by myself. How do I go about protecting my rights, as I am beginning to see my students' parents utilizing my work in their programs and classrooms without asking for permission and claiming it as their own. This work is my livelihood due to the unique nature of my program.
