Q: Will I still getting any lawsuit rislk if modify a design from its original?
I've signed a design employment contract which contains confidential information of graphic design.
I modified the graphic design and it will not look too close to its original, still, I will have lawsuit risk?
If yes, what method shall I take to resell the designs without lawsuit risk at all?

Your post remains open for four weeks, probably because these types of situations do not always lend themselves out to a quick answer on a Q & A Board. If an employment attorney looked at the terms of your agreement, they could probably offer more meaningful input. Until then, it would probably be better for you not to discuss the matter on public forums. Good luck
