Winter Haven, FL asked in Employment Law, Immigration Law and Child Support for Florida

Q: If I get kick out at young age where can I get help ?

I just turned 18. I’m applying to college and I just got a job at McDonald’s. I have no other family in this country except my dad who threatens to kick me out . I don’t know much about how to live In this country . I’m still new to this country. I have no where to go and no one to help me out. I’m alone in this world. I feel like killing myself would be the best solution. I’m not yet a citizen I just applied for my citizenship. What do I do

A: Please talk to someone you know in your community, perhaps the manager at the McDonalds where you work--or the guidance counsellors at the college you are applying for--or Google "Mental health Help Line" and look for a mental health organization in in the Winter haven area. Do not wait another minute; do it right now.
