A: Apparently the reason that you keep posting this same question repeatedly is that you don't know what you want to do with your life. This is the wrong forum for you to get an answer. You need to decide what you want to do with your future, something other than "IDK". Call Dr. Phil. Once you decide what you want to do, then you can seek assistance from an attorney to accomplish your goals. Our job is to help you accomplish your goals, not to set them for you. If your dad is ok now, (I sincerely hope) then maybe you should speak to him about what to do with your life. Is Mom around? Moms are really good at telling you everything you have and are doing wrong with your life and what to do to straighten things out.

Your options? Stick with it, or get out of it. If there is a written DP agreement, read it.

A: Are you asking what are your legal rights in a domestic partnership, or are you trying to figure out if you want to stay with your domestic partner? Read your domestic partnership agreement again. This is the starting point for your rights. If you want to end the domestic partnership, you file a petition in the Superior Court. It is on form FL-100.
