I just need caselaw showing three things one does the HPD have to prove the name of ownership at the time they placed a notice
Can HPD make me pay relocation expenses for illegal tenants tTenants without lease or any kind of agreement to occupy the property building
A: Most law offices, including mine, have programs that provide case law. However, what you're asking is for someone to spend time researching, refining, and providing that to you.
