A:
A Virginia attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for three weeks. To offer a meaningful response, one would need to see the policy and its scope of coverage. You could look into the cost of a brief consult with an attorney to outline your most cost-effective options. If there are any reports issued in connection with the fire response or investigation, those could be helpful in your consult. Good luck
