Owensboro, KY asked in Consumer Law, Traffic Tickets and Civil Rights for Kentucky

Q: I had to leave my car at a park bc it wouldn't start. When I returned for it the next day it had been towed

FYI, the lot is never full and no signs about will be towed etc. Everything I owned is in there. I am homeless and literally left with my purse, now the only possession I have. Nothing will be released until fees paid. What can I do?

A: You’ll need to find someone to lend you the money to get the car. You can deal with the other repercussions after you retrieve the car.
