To be clear, mechanic did not discuss the work that was needed.Mechanic was not given consent to work on car. Mechanic worked on car. Now holding car until paid.
A: The law allows them to do the work if given verbal approval. Hard to prove one way or the other on this? Talk to the BAR and see if they can help?
