A: Has your brother ever heard of "Miranda rights?" Like "you have the right to remain silent....." Well, everything he says to the police officer will be recorded and used against him to support what are apparently criminal charges. Your brother needs to contact a Criminal defense attorney, look them up here on Justia. Most would advise him to decline the call.
