Your question "What can I do?" is not very clear. Seems like you have already done enough, drove while under influence and got into an accident. Not clear what additional advice you want. Don't drink and drive, is one thing you can do for the future, but you already messed up the past. How are all these separate facts coming together for a present problem for you?
