MY WIFE WENT BACK TO GERMANY AND TOOK OUR SON. OUR SON WAS BORN IN GERMANY AND HAS DUAL CITIZENSHIP. MY WIFE IS A GERMAN CITIZEN. WE WERE MARRIED IN THE UNITED STATES AND HAVE BEEN MARRIED LESS THAN 7 YEARS. HOW DO I GET A DIVORCE? SHE IS TRYING TO SUE ME FROM GERMANY FOR SPOUSAL SUPPORT AND CHILD SUPPORT WITH OUT LETTING ME HAVE ANY CONTACT WITH MY SON
