Q: I am renting a house and I am paid up to next month and my landlord is going in my house and removing my items

I am paid up and he is already trying to sell it without eviction notice

A: Provided you are not in breach of the lease, missed a notice to quit, missed an eviction notice, missed eviction hearing, and any subsequent trial, it sounds like your landlord might be taking steps known as "self-help" and, subject to some really rare situations, unlawful.

Selling the house is--probably--lawful, subject to your possessory rights as a tenant.
