A Hawaii attorney should advise you here, but your post remains open for two weeks, and it's likely that time is of the essence in what you need to do. Some states treat driving without a valid license as a misdemeanor - only a Hawaii attorney could advise there. But at least find out the significance of the violation. If you can't afford a private attorney, reach out to the Public Defender's Office. I hope you and everyone involved in the accident are okay. Good luck
