Q: We use Envirox H2Orange2 Concentrate 117 Sanitizer/Virucide Cleaner in order to sanitize our warehouse for COVID-19
On the back it says it is a violation of federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. The product does nothing related for COVID-19. What it kills is Herpes simplex Type 2, Influenza A2/Japan, HBV, and HIV-1. Yet we use it in order to provide "safety" to the warehouse. Therefore falsifying the safety of the warehouse and inconsistent with its labeling. My Boss has been mentally abusing me as well. So my question is can I sue this company for money for falsifying the safety of the warehouse going against federal law with its labeling and the mental abuse I have been enduring for over a year with my boss?
