Q: Can my landlord evict my family if our rent is current? The landlord rented under a verbal conditional contract.
3 months, month to month and a year lease after the 3 months were completed. However he showed up 2 weeks( after we paid him $3000 and paid a another $700 out of pocket ) After we been in on 12-15-2020 and said we had to go. We have still paid him rent Jan, Feb, and March. We are looking very hard to move yet he is treating to evict us and we have done Nothing. Can he do so?
