Q: Hello I've received a ticket and I need advice
Hello I've recieved a ticket in homer ny on 281. I was driving a female and her child daughter from 29 Hudson st homer ny to 1551 rt 91 fabius ny. Along 281 I accelerated to 55 to early not being from here originally I don't know the roads to wall yet I continued to pass a slower mowing vehicle i I then accelerated to what I thought was 60 but seeing how my car is only a week old I'm not accustomed too it's speed yet and to pass I was clocked by radar at 67 by a officer M Testa Cortland Co. Sheriff. I unfortunately had a 2 year old without a car seat secured with only a seatbealt when pulled over. The officer was civil and curious and allowed us to wait for a car seat to be delivered the whole incident took approximately 1 hr. She switched off with what i believe was homer pilice officer who's name I dont recall getting and i was released from custody. Man i need some advice on this matter ive got history as a NYC cab driver 7 years which was about 6 to 7 years ago what should i do
A: To better answer your question, we need to know under what section the ticket was issued to you.
