A: You are undoubtedly represented by counsel (Federal Defender) who knows the facts of your case, your prior criminal history, etc., which is the basis of the offer (plus there are Federal Sentencing Guidelines for different types of cases in Federal court). He (or she) is in the best position to evaluate the plea bargain offer and make recommendations whether you should accept it or not. None of us have that information.

If you want legal advice regarding the plea bargain offer (which is not the purpose of this forum), I suggest you consult with and hire private counsel to determine your best course of action.

A: much more info needed.

you should have a Federal Public Defender and s/he has all the info and is in the best position to answer your questions.

remember this is an open forum and anyone can read what you say. Be careful.
