A: It could depend on the timeline and the severity. And those are things that a physician, not an attorney, is qualified to speak about meaningfully. The fact that you were at a hotel, in and of itself, is not evidence of the absence of a disability. Your post remains open for two weeks. Consider reaching out to an employment/disability attorney - many would probably offer you a free initial consult, and more importantly, offer you guidance for your disability matter. You could use the tab above (Find-a-Lawyer) to reach out to New York employment attorneys, or you could search on your own independently. Since many attorneys are offering virtual consults due to COVID, you could probably discuss the matter without having to leave your home. Best of luck to you in your healing and recovery.
