Q: my ir1 case was refused with INA212A3B clause after 2yrs of AP and we filed mandamus......i need help and advice..

My wife filed for me in 2016...had interview in 12/12/2017 And was approved but placed in administrative processing to verify my civil document from Nigeria high court ,after that they requested for my business ballading's of cars that I have imported from us to Nigeria since I told them in my previous business visa applications that sell cars, I sent them the documents.

Since then I have been in AP up till October 7th 2020 my wife filed mandamus then on November 9th I received email from embassy that they refused my application on the ground of INA212A3B which I know nothing about.

I only belong to Catholic youth organization, Nigeria Red Cross society, World safety organization, ROTARY international. I am confused i need help and advice , We need to start living a normal life....I need help and advice me and wife has been leaving separately for 5yrs plus now.. flying thousand's of miles makes her fall sick..

A: It is necessary to discuss the reason for the findings with and to review your file. What can be done now depends on when you received the denial. If it has been over 30 days you may have no alternative but to refile.
