A: You posted in traffic tickets---assuming you are seeking a lawyer for representation of a traffic ticket, then you would have to convince a lawyer to represent you as you have no constitutional right to a lawyer for a traffic ticket. On the other hand, if you are charged with a crime (misdemeanor or felony) and you are indigent and unable to hire a lawyer, then you may be entitled to the appointment of a lawyer. Good luck.
