Bellflower, CA asked in Criminal Law, Appeals / Appellate Law and Civil Rights for California

Q: How can we know the law if there is not 1 case text that's the same? Do we have to have something already established?

Our Attorney did nothing but threaten and lie. He even kept fees for expert witnesses we didn't get. There is no previous case in history like this one. I've searched for 4 years. Not 1. Does there need to be a previous ? I'm trying hard to come up with Attorney fees but 1st Attorney left me broke and I'm still paying the loan. This entire thing was wrong and I'm the only help he's got and we don't know what we're doing. Is there someplace to find criminal cases with regard to intervening superceeding cause that can't be googled? Or a way to know if the judge erred by not giving instruction on causation or imperfect self defense or lesser includeds? ADA lied and misled the jury. He ignored the truth. Encouraged lies. Exculpatory witnesses were not interviewed, some deported, evidence lost. ADA ambushed, the Eve before jury selection, taking the defendants only defense away. That's all it was. There was no reason for a trial. What to do?

A: MORE INFO NEEDED.

IT SOUNDS LIKE A CRIMINAL MATTER AND MAYBE AN APPOINTMENT WITH A LOCAL CRIMINAL LAWYER TO DISCUSS YOUR OPTIONS WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA.

NEW LAW IS MADE BY JUDGE RULINGS AND THOSE POLITICIANS THAT REPRESENT US.

OFTEN A LAWYER HAS TO PAY EXPERTS BEFORE S/HE TESTIFIES AND EVEN IF THEY DO NOT TESTIFY AND ONLY DISCUSS THE CASE WITH THE LAWYER.

I HAD A DOC WHO WOULD ONLY TALK TO ME AFTER I SENT HIM $750 FOR 15 MINUTES........WHICH I DID.
