Chicago, IL asked in Criminal Law for Florida

Q: Can the Adam Walsh case be reopened? It never went to trial. Have new evidence pointing at the parents.

Scientific evidence that is brand new. Which has never been used anywhere in the world. It is comparable to DNA, but is impossible to refute.

A: It depends on a number of factors and there are also time considerations…you should immediately consult with a criminal law attorney.

A: If you have evidence that a party has been involved in a heinous crime such as murder, then you need to contact the federal Bureau of investigation immediately. You can Google the FBI field office in your city or locality, and you will get their phone number, so that you can make a phone call right away.
