I have a police report, my insurance is going to contact her insurance, If She doesn’t have coverage, what can I do to make her pay?

Please see my answer to the last question. Assuming she has no coverage, mention that to the police. They will cite her, and that may, miraculously, cause her to produce the "oh, I forgot about this...is this what you mean?" policy she didn't want to involve in her misadventure.
Then, you can sue her in small claims. Your insurance may sue her, and should collect for you your deductbile, but understand they are under no duty to collect any other monies such as car rental that you may have spent.
