Philadelphia, PA asked in Car Accidents for Pennsylvania

Q: I backed into a little tow cart with my car.

I backed into a little tow cart with my car and I did involve my car insurance to make a claim but I want them to cancel my policy and let me pay out pocket for the property damages: so I was wondering how I should go about doing that?

A: you can pay out of pocket without canceling your policy. If your policy is canceled it doesn't wipe away the fact you had a claim.
