Q: landlord is telling us move to another more expensive property of ours or be evicted.

according to yelp reviews he overcharges for repairs and takes all your deposit upwards of 3000 dollars to repair things like 1 or 2 small holes and carpets cleaned.... its due to small Nosie complaints that happened because i have trouble with noise due to my autisim.
