Q: I'm a independent contractor for the company doordash. If they have breach their contract with me can there be a lawsuit

Every month they assign "dashers" a premium service called "top dasher" if you meet all their requirements by the end of the month. I've met all of there requirements for 15 months, and this month, they refused to give me this service. This service entitles dashers more money then dashers without this tag. Which means they are now taking money out of my pocket. This has been going on for Nine months. I have evidence to back up my reports. They also have the evidence and will not reverse their stance on giving me the service. I've gone done $5/ hour and I work 10-14 hours a day. Which means I'm losing $50-$70 a day. So, $150-210 a month. This is now affecting me mentally and emotionally.

A: Theoretically, there could be a lawsuit. However, it would cost more in money, time and trouble than you could ever hope to recover.
