Q: i live in brazil filling for child support in usa. my child s american as her father. the jury can grant me a visa?

my child s american as her father that abandon me when i got pregnant. now i m filling child support case after 6 y raising her alone and in brazil she s not having a education and no good quality of life. is the judy that will handle my child support can granted me visa for me be with her in usa to follow her up with education and better quality of life?
