A: A Pennsylvania attorney could advise best, but your post remains open for a week. It isn't fully clear what happened here, but if your injury took place within the course of employment, you might want to reach out to workers' comp attorneys. There could possibly be third-party actions if other vehicles were involved. The description here is very brief. An experienced attorney should be able to sort things out with additional details. Many attorneys who handle such cases offer free initial consultations. Good luck

A: It's not clear what happened. You say you have pain and suffering but you say you were doing something with a truck that delivers parts. Feel free to call me so you can get a clear picture of what your rights are.

Certainly, the employer of the person behind the wheel is responsible for the wreck and your damage to your car.
