Q: Why didn't the officer take my assailer to jail nor give me a restraining order? I requested a restraining order.
I was using fence post pounder to drive a pole into the ground. Straddling the top of a 6ft step-ladder. I saw the 3ft Pry-bar, out of the corner of my eye. blocked her first swing with the pounder, and the second as I was going down the ladder, I ducked the 3rd swing. The Lassen Co. Sheriffs have allowed this lady to terrorize her neighbor's for years. She has used her security cameras to stalk the people around her. If I have anyone come to my house. She will immediately walk out and start filming. Making Statements like deal your drugs somewhere else, or we don't want your kind here etc.. Mind you, these are working class upstanding citizens' with no records of any kind. Also shouting curse words', calling me and my company names, such as junk man, white trash, trailer trash, etc.. I am a Disabled Native American, Campfire Survivor. On psych med's. Her camera's, spot light's, microphones, and sign's are directed at my house. Invading my private areas', not in the public view.

make an appointment with the police and DA to determine why they have not arrested her and why no RO.
