A: A Pennsylvania attorney could advise best, but your question remains open for two weeks. Depending on the value of your son's car and the extent of damages, one option is to consider if the matter is suited for small claims, or possibly a venue of higher jurisdiction. Another option is to consult with a local attorney who handles property damage cases. However, if an accident involves property damage only, it's possible that law firms might not be willing to handle the matter on a contingency basis. Good luck
