Q: Can I take legal action for mentally ill wife's aunt convincing her gambling and alcohol is ok.
Wife is on 6 mental prescription and release to outpatient home care under my guardianship. Aunt is brainwashing her into gambling and alcohol. And threatening me for trying to stop it.
A: You can tell the lady to stay away from your mentally ill relative. If you have guardianship of the person and her money don't give her money to gamble.
